Last updated August 21, 2026. Plain terms for the open-source product and this site. Paid plans are governed by a signed agreement instead.
Mari and its CLI are open source under the Apache License 2.0. That license, not this page, governs your use of the code: what you can do with it, and the warranty terms (there are none, as is standard for open source).
The content on mari.guru is ours. Quote it with attribution. Don't republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own. The site is provided as is, and we may change or remove any part of it.
The paid Mari plan is governed by a signed MSA and DPA between us and your company, which take precedence over anything here.
Don't use the site or the product to break the law, probe systems you don't own, or misrepresent what Mari found or approved.
