Connect Trello to Mari

A Trello board is a decision log wearing a kanban costume. The card descriptions hold the requirements, the list names hold the process, and once the board goes quiet, all of it becomes invisible to search.

Mari's Trello connector puts boards back in reach.

What syncs

• One document per board: the board name, its lists, and each list's cards with their descriptions, so the board reads as the plan it was.
• Incremental sync. Boards with no activity since the last sync are skipped outright, and Mari's pipeline (chunk, content-hash, embed) never re-embeds content that didn't change.

Connecting takes a minute

Two fields from Trello's API key page: the API key and a token. Test connection shows Trello's actual error if something's off, verbatim. Connect, and a scheduled sync flow keeps your boards fresh from then on.

What you get back

Ask what the plan was and the answer streams with numbered citations back to the exact board. Trello content ranks alongside your repos, Slack threads, and tickets in one hybrid search.

Runs on your infrastructure

Mari is self-hosted and Apache 2.0. Postgres with pgvector is the whole data plane, models run locally through ollama, and every LLM feature has a deterministic fallback. Your boards never leave your deployment.
